Back in 2019, I didnโt know exactly why I was so drawn to owning propertyโit just felt like something I "had" to do. But it wasnโt easy.

Fast forward six years, I sold that condo with a ๐๐๐% ๐๐๐ on my initial investment. It wasnโt luckโit was ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐, ๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐, and ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ in the process.
